Ilya Kreymer e12407983c electron app: 
- add file association for .wacz
- support opening wacz, warc, har files via double-click from os (fixes #24)
- command line: support opening files via command line, as well as specifying --url and --ts
- support cmdline args via 'yarn run start-electron <file> --url <url> --ts <ts>'

- add new docs for loading, exploring, sharing, embedding, and offline usage
- add license file / license banner

electron app:
- for now, don't bundle docs, open in native browser

embeds:
- support 'embed' option, 'replayonly' or 'full' (default if no url)

ui:
- display package.json version in info menu

package.json:
- update scripts to match README
- move electron entrypoint into extraMetadata
- add scripts for packaging as module

Ilya Kreymer 1f226fe91a ci: set up travis build 
- use seperate plugin dirs, plugins-mac, plugins-win, plugins-linux for the flash plugin to support
simultaneous win and linux build
- enable notariziation, use env vars to run on travis
- ci runs 'yarn run dist', skip docs build from ci
- pass GH_TOKEN to docker containers
- update to latest electron packages

Ilya Kreymer 220d14aea3 jekyll: move jekyll back to root, but simpler setup, exclude via _config.yml 
app: bundle jekyll docs into app, add 'yarn run docs' to build
ui: add back/forward arrows for app only, adjust responsiveness for app, add IS_APP flag injected via preload
ui: add animated logo, friendly message on empty replay frame
app: improve serve logic:
- serve static files from static root
- serve replay from http localhost instead to avoid proxying https for remote requests
- serve local lookup from http prefix also
- catch any fallthrough from replay as 404
- add timestamp to response channels to ensure uniqness

Ilya Kreymer 1a2f2c00a2 add electron build! 
- use webpack to build electron-main and electron-preload
- intercept 'https' protocol to run on 'https://replayweb.page' in app
- serve local files from 'https://files.replayweb.page'
- support flash in with service worker replay: catch any fallthrough urls and load via intercept with render process callback
- add icons for electron build
